How do I place a custom order?
3 ways:
1. Select from our array of design layouts and contact one of our sales representatives to make the proper adjustments to turn the design of your choice into your customer team uniform.
2. Select an existing uniform you really like (Collegiate, NBA, NFL, etc…) and our graphic department will put together a proof/mock-up of that exact design in your team colors, team name, etc…
3. Contact an Saltzgear Account Representative to consult with you about what’s new, what’s the next big thing. Your Sales Representative will work directly with our Graphic Department to design your team uniforms.
Is there anything else I need to know about ordering custom uniforms for a team?
Its always good to order an extra uniform or two for new players that will join your roster or blood uniform (which is a uniform that is changed into when a player bleeds on his/her own).
Can I request for one of your product samples?

Can I request for a sample of my actual order?
Yes, we can do a sample order but, sometimes it may be useful for us to send you a sample uniform (of a different team) so you can see the quality first hand without loosing the time waiting for your actual sample set.

What is the minimum order quantity?
One…we do not have any minimum orders.
Can a place a small order a year or two down the line from my initial order?
Yes, we keep each and every order placed on file (inside your team account). Very easy and simple for us to add on to your team order at anytime.

How are Saltzgear Team Sportswear uniforms so affordable?
Saltzgear not only has top shelf relationships with all of our operating manufacturers & business partners but, we are our own brand – NO MIDDLEMAN. We do not purchase uniforms from other companies and upcharge you for the uniforms & embellishment. Working with us puts you in a direct consumer driver seat where you are working directly with the source, No Up-Charges are passed along to our customers.

What kind of fonts can I choose from?
We have a full array of Lettering & Numbering fonts we offer. Our embellishment options are located toward the back of all Saltzgear Catalogs. If you do not see the font of your choice, please contact your Account Representative so we can add it to your order for you.
What’s the difference between Tackle Twill and Sublimation?
Tackle Twill which is better know as “Sewn-In” letters & numbers is a process where the letters & numbers are laser cut out of a high quality polyester twill material and professionally Sewn-In the jersey and/or shorts. Sublimation is a process where the colors, design, numbers & letters are dye embedded into the uniform material making the garment all one piece. Very light-weight given customers the shear ability to be creative as you wish with your team design.
What kind of sizes do you carry?
• We carry all sizes:
• Youth XS – Youth XL
• Adult Small – Adult 6x
• (both Men/Boys & Women/Girls)

DELIVERY TIME
How soon will it take for my order to be processed?
Saltzgear can turn orders around from start to finish in between 1-6 weeks. Turnaround time is determined by the type of uniform, the uniform embellishment option, on/off peak times, etc… Your Account Representative will openly discuss the estimated time of arrival and consult with you so it works within your program.

PRICING and PAYMENTS
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards & debit cards which can be taken via phone or PayPal. We also accept checks, money orders & cashier checks. All final balance payments must clear before the uniform order is shipped
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% deposit is acquired upon submitting your team order. The other 50% is due right before the team uniforms are scheduled to ship
What is your return policy?
All uniforms are fully custom so there are no returns or refunds. However, if a situation or defect is discovered we will replace the uniform piece at no charge. The proper notification should be given directly to a Saltzgear representative within at least 5 days upon receiving your order.
